Product Introduction:
The shaft sleeve is a critical wear-resistant component in the hook assembly that links rotating parts. While it may seem straightforward in design, it plays an indispensable role in reducing friction, dampening vibrations, and ensuring the coaxiality of components—essentially acting as an "invisible cornerstone" for extending the service life of the hook and enhancing its operational stability.
Product Advantages:
Our strict process inspection ensures every product meets defect-free standards.
Streamlined one-stop processing delivers efficiency and cost savings.
From standard to custom, our wide product range solves all your needs.
Production Process:
Raw material inspection→Cutting→Forging→Quenched and tempered→Shot peening→Rough turning→UT→CMM/GMM→Cleaning packaging

Company Strength:

1. What signs indicate that my crane bushings need replacement?
You should replace your crane bushings immediately if you notice:
Abnormal noise or squealing during rotation or luffing
Excessive clearance or shaking in the boom or pivot points
Overheating at the bushing area
Scoring, galling, or uneven wear inside the bore
Poor controllability or unstable movement of the crane
Replacing worn bushings improves safety and reduces downtime for crawler cranes and truck cranes.
2. How to select the right forged bushings for my crawler crane or truck crane?
To choose the correct forged bushings:
Confirm the OEM part number or dimensions (ID, OD, length, material).
Select material based on working load:
42CrMo, 40CrNiMo, 50CrMo4 for heavy-duty and high-impact positions
40Cr or 45# steel for general crane applications
Ensure proper heat treatment (quenching & tempering, surface hardening) for wear resistance.
We provide custom forged bushings with material certificates and strict quality control.
