Today, the 2025 Annual Summary Conference of Zhangqiu Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. / Jinjin Minchang New Energy Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the company’s new canteen building. Core backbones at the workshop management level and above, as well as supervisors from all centers, gathered together to review the annual development achievements and formulate the blueprint for the new year.
At the beginning of the conference, the persons in charge of the Operation, Quality, and Technology departments delivered work reports in sequence. Subsequently, General Manager delivered a speech. He comprehensively reviewed the company’s annual operation and development, affirmed the achievements made by all departments amid the complex market environment, and conducted an in-depth analysis of the current industry trends, opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprise. He also clarified the work objectives and implementation paths for the new year in terms of production and operation, market development, team building, quality, technology and cost. He emphasized that efficiency improvement should be promoted through lean management. Instead of only competing on price, the company should compete on quality, delivery, service and cost, and pursue competition in a smarter way to solve development problems.
Chairman delivered a concluding speech. He affirmed and expressed expectations for each business unit individually. Based on the overall situation of industry development and the company’s strategic positioning, he placed high hopes on all management backbones. He stressed that the heavy forging industry is in a critical period of high-quality development, and all colleagues must uphold craftsmanship and work together with one heart and one mind. For business development, he proposed maintaining a balanced relationship between headcount and per capita output value. For investment and layout, he required all business units to be proactive in planning, with full support from the company. Regarding corporate culture construction, he made it clear that the people-oriented concept should be deeply implemented, humanistic care should be put into practice, employees’ sense of happiness should be continuously enhanced, and corporate culture should be truly rooted in everyone’s heart. Finally, he called on all staff to win market trust with excellent quality and jointly strive to write a new chapter in the company’s development.
In the same period, the conference held a commendation ceremony to award the Annual Market Development Pioneers, Advanced Business Units, Outstanding Management Centers, Excellent Teams and Outstanding Workshops. It fully demonstrated the corporate culture of “Commending the Advanced and Inspiring Endeavor” and further boosted the entrepreneurial spirit of all management backbones.
