After nearly four decades of hard work， it has evolved from a traditional workshop to a modern heavy forging leader. Covering an area of over 400 acres， it has 120，000 square meters of standardized workshops， with 1，500 employees， including 260 senior engineers and technical experts. It has formed a professional and experienced R&D and production team.

Zhangqiu Heavy Forging has built an integrated manufacturing system from raw material forging to finished product delivery through its full-chain production capacity. It firmly establishes the foundation of quality. The company has 20 industry-leading heavy forging production lines， equipped with large friction presses such as 8，000T and 4，000T， the largest 25T die forging hammer in China， high-precision rolling ring machines， etc.， capable of producing 800-kilogram and below die forgings and 8-meter and 25-ton and below ring forgings. It produces 60，000 tons of high-quality forgings annually. To ensure product precision， the company has invested heavily in importing over 300 sets of German and Japanese imported precision processing and inspection equipment， along with 10 lines of Ailianlin nitriding and carburizing heat treatment production lines， achieving precise control throughout the forging， processing， and heat treatment processes. The precision processing and final heat treatment capabilities rank among the top in the industry.

From key structural components of construction machinery to core components of wind power， from lifting hook assemblies to industrial gear box welding boxes， each product undergoes multiple strict process inspections to ensure comprehensive compliance with strength， toughness， and precision.
