Insulation protection: Plastic housings offer double insulation, while aluminum or stainless steel housings require additional insulation treatment. Heat dissipation management: Air-cooled and water-cooled designs are available. Lightweight and electromagnetic compatibility: The density of aluminum alloy housing (2.7g/cm³) is only one-third that of cast iron, significantly reducing the overall weight of the machine. Steel housings can conduct magnetic fields, enhancing electromagnetic shielding; non-magnetic materials (such as aluminum) require additional electromagnetic compatibility design. The motor products produced by our factory are mainly steel housings, with materials such as Q235 and Q355 being the main ones. Also available with water cooling optimization: Built-in circulating water channels, heat dissipation efficiency is 40%+ higher than air cooling, suitable for high-temperature scenarios such as new energy vehicle drive motors. Steel housing has natural magnetic shielding capability; non-magnetic materials such as aluminum alloy require additional EMC design (such as conductive coating). Currently, the motor housings we produce are mainly made of steel (Q235/Q355), featuring high strength and good magnetic permeability.
